Tori's Smoothie Bowl Recipe

June 07, 2018

I wanted to share my smoothie bowl recipe that I have crafted overtime to make it just how I like it. This concoction is a decadent treat that is still healthy and made up of whole foods. To make the smoothie bowl, you will need simple ingredients, whole foods, and a blender. After the ingredients are combined, I love to top the bowl with almond or peanut butter, strawberries, blueberries, cacao nibs, and dried fruit. To add some micronutrients and healthy fats, you can add coconut shavings or ground flax seeds; for an added crunch, try sprinkling some granola on top. The possibilities are endless!

-1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

       -A handful of ice

       -Organic vanilla protein powder

       -One packet of frozen acai

-1 cup of organic frozen blueberries
